Principle
•A low pressured high volume air flow, creates a wide working range, which is effective over the full width of the cleaning nozzle.
Works with web speeds up to 900 m/min.
•Turbulent air flow (2) picks up all loose particles, even on rough surfaces.
•Ionizer (3) gets rid of electrostatic charges during cleaning process.
Electrostatically charged particles can be easily removed.
•The AC
•Low pressure areas on both sides of the cleaning nozzle, prevents particles to contaminate the surrounding area.
Can be used in clean room environments.

Application: Cardboard punching for parking tickets
Particles and paper fibres can be generated during the punching process of parking tickets. These particles or fibres will stick to the surface and the edge of the parking ticket.
High sensible optical readers are installed in the ticket reading terminal. With paper particles contaminated tickets can affect the reading process and faults can occur. The continuous operation of the parking garage is disturbed.

High class convertibles require the best quality of the flexible rear window.
Prior to laminate the protection foil, the plastic window must be cleaned from particles. No damages, like scratches are allowed in this process.

Application: Corona Treatment
Corona treatment of films is necessary to make the printing surface rough enough for a good bonding of printing inks. Dust particles or other contamination can be burnt into the film during the corona treating process.
